Skills Required: AutoCAD 2D 3D,Collaboration and Teamwork,Good Knowledge in MS Office and G Suite,Honest and dedicated,Negotiation and Convincing Skill,Quick learner and hard working,Strong analytical and communication skills,willing to work under pressure and meet dead lines
Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 32 years
Responsibilities & Context:
Physical checking of all bills of projects.
All bills’ site measurement checking and correct MB book and authorize the MB book.
Prepare contractor’s payment schedule.
Record all bill data at Google sheet and MS excel sheet along with ERP software.
Supplier and contractor’s quotation collection and initial rate negotiation along with team.
Prepare All contractor’s work order and record all contractor’s work order data in Excel sheet along with ERP software.
Checked project MRF with BOQ.
Project materials valuation at the time of transfer from one project to another project.
Rate analysis as to compare with market rate.
Checked CS and W/O as per design, sample and specification
Prepared CS and Minor Type Analysis Drafting.
Checking Contractor payment and solved any bill issue problem.
Any other task assigned by the supervisor related to role.
