∎ Diploma in Land survey will be added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Land Vetting, reporting process for registration.
∎ Process application for various govt permissions, and obtain positive report.
∎ Do vetting and apply for mutation.
∎ Work closely with DC office, AC(Land) office, Agri extension offices, Local land offices.
∎ Pay Land Tax on due time.
∎ Provide documents as required by the govt offices.
∎ Process for Mortgage and Redemption.
