Job Context:
∎ Workplace: In the office and work from home
∎ Job Location: Inside Bangladesh, Dhaka > Dhanmondi

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Taking regular English language classes at all levels (Young Learners, Teenagers, Adults, IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, and others)
∎ Taking face-to-face classes, one-to-one classes, online classes, and hybrid classes.
∎ Consolidating and developing lecture materials.
∎ Ensuring mentorship to students.
∎ Providing training to other teachers in need.
∎ Observe various classes and provide feedback.
∎ Research and development to improve class quality.
∎ Ensuring and escalating in-house exams including mock tests.
∎ Ensuring an increase in the number of students.
∎ Developing promotional content for marketing.
∎ Working closely with other teams.
∎ Provide any kind of support for the institute.
∎ Report regularly to your reporting person.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have C1 level proficiency in English (IELTS 7.5 / TOEFL 102+)
∎ Candidate must have TEFL & TEYL certificate (or willing to do immediately after joining)
∎ Candidate must have CELTA certificate (or be willing to do CELTA immediately after joining)
∎ Experience required: 1 Year (Freshers are also encouraged to apply)

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary review: Half yearly
∎ Number of festival bonuses: 1
