Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to understand how the business works
∎ Have to attend regular training sessions arranged by Luminedge to develop skills.
∎ Have to develop and execute strategies to ensure business growth.
∎ Have to improve sales by developing and implementing modern sales techniques.
∎ Have to manage leads and convert them to clients.
∎ Have to visit other organisations to promote the business.
∎ Have to work in education fairs and expos throughout Bangladesh (requires travelling).
∎ Have to manage database files (expert in using Microsoft excel and google sheets).
∎ Have to lend helping hands to other teams and other employees in need.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience required: 1 Year (Freshers are also encouraged to apply)

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary review: Half yearly
∎ Number of festival bonuses: 1
