Responsibilities & Context:
This position is responsible for spearhead the implementation and optimization of the Datatex NOW ERP system, ensuring seamless integration, technical support, and data-driven decision-making across departments.
Lead the end-to-end implementation of Datatex NOW ERP across various departments, ensuring smooth deployment, integration, and user adoption aligned with business objectives.
Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, Datatex consultants, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Develop and execute strategies for data migration, including cleansing, validation, and cutover activities, ensuring accuracy and integrity throughout the transition.
Drive change management initiatives, provide comprehensive user training, and facilitate adoption programs to maximize the effectiveness of ERP deployment.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards connected to Datatex databases, enabling real-time analytics, performance monitoring, and executive reporting.
Create and maintain technical documentation, conduct unit testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality and compliance with development standards.
Build and maintain robust interfaces between Datatex ERP and third-party systems (e.g., MES, WMS, Financial Systems), ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
