Experience:

• At least 3 years

• Diploma in Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• Bachelor’s degree or a Diploma holder in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related technical field, or equivalent proven experience.

• At least 3 years

• Minimum  of 3+ years of hands-on  experience  programming and commissioning Siemens SIMATIC PLCs.

• Essential Proven proficiency with STEP 7 software  family:  

  - Extensive experience with STEP 7 (TIA Portal).

  -Experience with legacy STEP 7 Classic (Simatic Manager) for S7-300/400.

• Solid understanding of PLC programming standards (IEC 61131-3) and industrial automation concepts.

• Experience with communication protocols (PROFINET, PROFIBUS).

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Design, develop, and debug PLC software for SIMATIC S7-300, S7-400, S7-1200, and S7-1500 controllers.

•  Program in Ladder Logic (LAD), Function Block Diagram (FBD), and Structured Control Language (SCL) within the TIA Portal (Totally Integrated Automation) environment.

•  Configure PROFINET, PROFIBUS, and other industrial networks for communication between controllers, HMI/SCADA systems, and field devices.

•  Integrate drives (SINAMICS), HMIs (SIMATIC HMI), and safety systems (SIMATIC Safety) using TIA Portal.

•  Perform system testing, simulation, on-site commissioning, and provide technical support for deployed systems.

•  Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation systems to improve performance and reliability.

•  Collaborate with project managers, electrical designers, and client personnel.
