∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
∎ Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
∎ Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
∎ Communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and expectations.
∎ Documenting the business domain, processes, systems, requirements, and use cases using various tools and techniques.
∎ Performing data analysis to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and risks.
∎ Testing and validating the software solutions against the business requirements and user feedback.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices.
∎ Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning.
∎ Organized with attention to detail.
∎ Excellent analytical, logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Proficient in Technical Writing.
∎ Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry.
∎ Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.
