∎ Masters degree in any discipline

∎ 6 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation of life skill activities for Host community and Rohingya community adolescent.
∎ Participate in surveys and data collection when required.
∎ Conduct initial assessments to assess the Learning competency level and Child Protection Minimum Standards of each participating adolescent through an initial screening process during registration to understand and assess their interest, availability and educational level (as per LCFA).
∎ Develop Vocational, Entrepreneur session and training modules in terms of Host community and Rohingya Refugee context that will be offer for the adolescents.
∎ Outline core competencies for adolescents programming contextualized for the host community and Rohingya response.
∎ Develop an individual action plan for each Adolescent that respond to needs addressed in initial and comprehensive assessments and seek support of the vocational skill training necessity.

∎ Regularly follow up the Entrepreneur session and training to ensure quality session, training and made action points to carry out within agreed timeframes and also ensure that progress is regularly reviewed.
∎ Support adolescents to link with local market and will advocacy with existing shops/distribution points run WFP/IOM/UNHCR where adolescent can exchange their products with items in those shops.
∎ Ensure timely submission of monthly work plan and reports to the line manager.
∎ Provide direct assistance to Entrepreneur session facilitator and training facilitator.
∎ Promote, and ensure project activities are on line with, child protection principles.
∎ Ensure the project activities are integrated in the Bangladeshi child protection system and humanitarian coordination practices and guidelines.
∎ Contribute to a positive team environment.
∎ Perform any other duties that the line manager may assign.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Entrepreneurship Development Specialist should have vast experience in Entrepreneurship Development activities.
∎ Fully responsible for Entrepreneurial Literacy programme operation & its overall supervision, Monitoring and Management.
∎ Experience to prepare Entrepreneurship Literacy program materials and its primer.
∎ Assists in coordinating, conducting and facilitating training, meeting, orientation and workshops for facilitators, supervisors, beneficiaries and other stakeholders.
∎ Experience in Business Plan preparation and assist beneficiaries for preparing their business plan.
∎ Closely work with donor's technical team in activity planning, designing, reporting and analysis of program progress.
∎ Local Language will be preferred

Salary: Tk. 77500 (Monthly)
