∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
∎ Minimum 5-7 years of experience in post-sales engineering or technical support roles.
∎ Strong expertise in enterprise servers, storage systems, and virtualization technologies.
∎ Hands-on experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization platforms.
∎ Knowledge of SAN/NAS storage solutions and enterprise backup technologies.
∎ Familiarity with networking concepts, security best practices, and disaster recovery solutions.
∎ Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, hybrid cloud solutions, Kubernetes, and OpenStack.
∎ Relevant industry certifications (e.g., VMware VCP, Microsoft Certified, Dell EMC, HPE, or equivalent) are required.
∎ Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
∎ Strong communication and customer service skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.
∎ Experience with containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes components (Pods, Deployments, Services, ConfigMaps, Secrets, etc.).
∎ Understanding of Kubernetes networking (CNI plugins, Service Mesh like Istio, Ingress Controllers, DNS resolution)
∎ Experience with Helm for Kubernetes package management.
∎ Knowledge of persistent storage in Kubernetes (PVs, PVCs, Storage Classes).
∎ Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible for Kubernetes deployments).
∎ Familiarity with RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and Kubernetes security best practices.
∎ Experience in monitoring and logging using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Fluentd, or OpenTelemetry.
∎ Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for Kubernetes deployments (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD).
∎ Experience working in a system integrator or IT services environment.
∎ Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Python, Ansible, etc.) is a plus.

∎ Provide post-sales technical support for enterprise server, storage, and virtualization solutions.
∎ Work closely with clients to deploy, configure, and optimize IT infrastructure solutions.
∎ Perform system installations, upgrades, and migrations based on customer requirements.
∎ Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution.
∎ Conduct system performance analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical challenges.
∎ Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer sessions to customers.
∎ Maintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations, best practices, and customer interactions.
∎ Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance service delivery.
