• Act as the internal Team Lead for the Infrastructure & Design department, translating C-level strategic visions into actionable, cost-efficient technical blueprints.

• Lead the end-to-end design and execution of our physical infrastructure, including a production factory, modern cloud kitchens, and premium retail marts across Dhaka.

• Ensure comprehensive compliance with local regulatory bodies (RAJUK, City Corporation trade requirements, Cantonment Board) and strict adherence to Fire Service and Civil Defence (FSCD) safety codes.

• Manage multidisciplinary coordination, acting as the primary liaison to resolve complex design conflicts across Structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and Civil execution disciplines.

• Optimize spatial layouts for stringent food safety and HACCP sanitary design principles (e.g., zoning of raw vs. cooked material flow).
