Additional Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering. Master’s degree preferred.

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or in a similar leadership role is a must.

• Strong background in web and mobile development, with expertise in front-end technologies.

• Proficient in server management, including understanding of protocols and ports.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems using various technologies and modern tech stacks.

• Experience in managing large datasets and delivering scalable applications.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

• Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Job Context:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in web and mobile development, front-end technologies, server management, and communication. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage project and product teams, solve complex problems using modern tech stacks, and effectively communicate with both clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the engineering team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.

• Oversee the development and delivery of IoT applications using AI and machine learning.

• Manage server infrastructure, protocols, and ports to ensure seamless application performance.

• Collaborate with product owners, management, and key stakeholders to understand expectations and translate them into actionable goals.

• Ensure effective communication within the team and with clients, maintaining transparency and clarity on project progress.

• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and integrate modern tech stacks into project development.

• Handle large datasets and ensure the efficient processing and analysis of data.

• Oversee the creation of APIs and the development of user interfaces across various screens and devices.

• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables to meet client expectations and company standards.

• Manage Sprints, Product Roadmaps, Requirement Analysis, Technical Support SLA, Product Performance Monitoring and Optimization Plan

• Team Management, Task Management, Resource Planning and Performance Management, Knowledge Development Initiatives
