Experience:

• At least 20 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

• At least 20 years

• Age At least 45 years

• Around 20 years of experience in project management and maintenance operations in the Food & FMCG industry (Bakery manufacturing experience will be a plus).

• Minimum of 10 years of global exposure in engineering/maintenance/project manager roles within the Food & FMCG industry including handling $10 mil+ project.

• Efficient in procurement management, contract management, and exposure to work with USA & European companies.

• Prepare business case with feasibility studies, project scoping, cash flow planning, ROI calculation, and manage CAPEX approval. 

• Prepare detailed engineering calculations for Civil, Mechanical, Utility & Automation requirements to ensure optimal usage of existing infrastructure at each facility, including third party consultant services.

• Plan & track on-corporate project activities on a day-to-day basis and keep recording the activity status daily during the project life span. Manage and coordinate activities of vendors on site.

• Work closely with the Corporate/Region/Unit Supply chain team for proper evaluation of commercial offers received from the suppliers.

• Provide all site-specific technical inputs to architects, and engineering consultants regarding facilities and process requirements and design in terms of layouts of line, process, and utility equipment and warehouses to meet the required organization standards on developing project.

• Managing the regulatory requirements for building, energy generation & pollution control.

• Manage CAPEX budgets and timelines as per business requirements.

• Monthly Base Salary upto BDT 5,00,000.00 net or equivalent upto USD 4,240.00 net per the company pay scale;

• Company vehicle/ Pick & drop.

• Monthly House, Hardship and Kids schooling allowances up to BDT 5,80,000.00 net or equivalent up to USD 4,900.00 net;

• Annual Performance Incentives with a target of 15% net of annual base salary depending on company and individual performance; with an option to address individual outstanding performance at the discretion of Management;

• Other benefits - Negotiable as per the company policy depending on the candidature.
