Experience:

• At least 30 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering

• At least 30 years

• Age At least 50 years

• At least 30 years of experience in Food & Beverage industry.

• Minimum 15 years of global exposure in senior leadership roles within FMCG industry

• Develop and implement the overall strategic direction and business plans to achieve sales and profit targets.

• Lead and direct all aspects of the company`s operations, including sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain management.

• Foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the organization, inspiring teams to deliver exceptional results.

• Forge and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distributors, suppliers, and industry partners.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and market expansion.

• Oversee production, supply chain, and logistics operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

• Drive product development initiatives to enhance the company`s product portfolio and meet evolving consumer preferences.

• Monthly Base Salary upto BDT 2,200,000.00 net or equivalent upto USD 19,000.00 net per the company pay scale;

• Company vehicle/ Pick & drop.

• Monthly House, Hardship and Kids schooling allowances upto BDT 1,500,000.00 net or equivalent USD 13,000.00 net;

• Annual Performance incentives up to 45% net of annual base salary depending on company and individual performance;

• Other benefits - Negotiable as per the company policy depending on the candidature not exceeding 20% net of annual base salary.
