• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering

• Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology(BUET) students will get preference

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies

• Age 28 to 40 years

• Understanding of Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Sanitary & Plumbing, Fire detection & Protection, Interior drawings etc.

• Updated knowledge about Bangladesh National Building Code, RAJUK Nirman Bidhimala.

• Membership from IEB and RAJUK Nibondhon will be treated as an added quality.

US Bangla Assets Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, hardworking and proactive employee for the above mentioned position, who can work independently or with a team and have relevant experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Performing feasibility studies for industrial, residential and commercial developments.

• Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of Safety, hygiene and Environment.

• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, budgets, expenditures and construction plan.

• Preparation and analyze Bill of Quantity (BOQ) for any construction projects thoroughly to identify areas of potential cost savings;

• Coordinate with Consultants, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.

• Ensure the construction project complies with all building codes and any other legal or regulatory requirements.

• Overall project construction management of the group including management, preparing project budget & estimation, manage local stakeholders and ensure proper execution of the project following well planned timeline.

• Bill preparation & checking of the contractor/vendors

• Arrange & coordinate meetings on regular basis with Project Engineers, Consultants & Contractors.

• Coordinate work with other disciplines such as architectural, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Sanitary & Plumbing, Fire detection & Protection, Interior designers etc.
