∎ Salam Steel Concast Re-Rolling Mills Ltd. (SCRM) The leading Manufacturer of MS rebar & Sectional items in the country, is looking for Engineer/ Sr. Engineer, Business Development, and Technical Support for different locations across the country.
∎ Job Location: Noakhali, Barishal, Madaripur, Kushtia, Pabna, Rajshahi, Bogura, Dinajpur, Mymensingh, Tangail, Gazipur, and different locations of Dhaka (Savar & Ashulia, Uttara, Mirpur, Bashundhara & Aftabnagar and Demra & Jatrabari).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have the ability to understand current market trends and buying behaviour.
∎ Should have strong analysis of competitors' activities,
∎ Develop District (City corporation, Thana) wise all Engineer, Contractors, and the project site database.
∎ Segmentation of Engineer and Contractor. Develop strong relationship with all Engineers through regular visits & using Civil Engineering Knowledge to help them in project development.
∎ Have a clear understanding of BSD ISO, BSTI, ASTM, BS, BNBC, and other standards.
∎ Have sound knowledge of engineering materials specially Reinforcement bar and their application in construction.
∎ Prepare regular & scheduled visits and develop relationships with consultants, engineers, architects, and other influencers.
∎ Project/Site Visit to ensure conversion & give Engineering support from the technical point of view to Individual Home builders and project sites.
∎ To manage the smooth arrangement of Influencer Events & give presentation at the IHB event & Mason Event
∎ To arrange necessary steps to conduct tests in different technical universities and institutions.
∎ To arrange Seminar for Govt. Authority, Local & Foreign contractors & Consultant.
∎ Maintain a detailed database for all received complaints with status
∎ Any other task as and when required by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
