Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in IPE, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Data Analysis, Data Visualization, Good interpersonal and communication skills, Reporting Dashboard, Reporting skill

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordination and planning of daily press production planning given by FG Warehouse.
∎ Coordination with IT department on internet connectivity, CCTV connectivity etc.
∎ Coordination with FG warehouse on proper delivery planning and delivery root analysis.
∎ Melting Furnace production and consumption analysis and report to reporting authority.
∎ Ensuring proper production data collection by coordination with two data entry operators.
∎ Press efficiency calculation, analysis and report to reporting authority.
∎ Coordination with warehouse on proper stock management and warehouse organization.
∎ Coordinate factory quarterly inventory.
∎ Daily production data validation and coordinating with in charge and supervisor accordingly.
∎ Production data compilation and dashboard making.
∎ Daily ageing oven and anodizing data compilation and production analysis with data.
∎ Daily packing and production ratio analysis.
∎ Coordination with quality manager quality related issues arriving from market
∎ Inspection of production, ageing oven, powder coating, press, anodizing, packing and warehouse daily activities and report to reporting authority.
∎ Coordinate with store and production in keeping track of billet requestion.
∎ Coordination with packing and warehouse department with accurate and entry and receive.
∎ Perform analysis task based on demand given by reporting authority.
