- Fresher or experience is preferable.
- Additional Job Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments and clear concepts.
- Team player and capable to lead the team
- Delivering consistent result, ensuring integrity & transparency, ensuring customer delight and self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skill
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- High proficiency in verbal & written communication in English
Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in service, maintenance and calibration of machine/ instruments.
Learn and follow standard machine technical specifications.
Coordinating with other members of the staff for matter related to service, maintenance and calibration.
Help prepare service reports, certificates and maintain documentation.
Support senior engineers during on-site and in-house technical activities.
Ensure proper handling and maintenance of instruments and reference standards.
Maintaining all communication received from the customer.
