Education:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

• Age At most 35 years
• Only Male

• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and interior drawings.

• Skilled in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project monitoring software.

• Excellent leadership, team coordination, and communication skills.

• trong problem-solving ability and capability to work under pressure.

• Good knowledge of material quality checking, BOQ basics, and site safety standards.

• Flexible and proactive mindset to handle challenges and meet deadlines.

• Supervise, monitor, and manage all civil construction and maintenance work of the factory/building.

• Prepare project plans, drawings, BOQ, estimates, and work schedules for civil-related projects.

• Oversee structural, renovation, and repair works to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with Bangladesh Building Code.

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site workers to ensure timely completion of projects.

• Inspect ongoing work regularly and ensure materials are used as per specification.

• Carry out interior design planning, layout preparation, and space optimization for office, factory, and other facilities.

• Manage interior works such as partition, ceiling, flooring, lighting layout, furniture design, and finishing work.

• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and maintenance records for all civil and interior works.

• Monitor project cost, budget control, and provide updates to management.

• Maintain close coordination with electrical, mechanical, and admin departments for smooth project execution.

• Ensure safety standards, compliance, and proper housekeeping at all project sites.

• Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and solve on-site technical issues.
