Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Recruit quality students as per standard NVG guideline
∎ Don’t overlapping the territory
∎ Must be explain to the candidate and the guardians details of EMO program & objective
∎ Fill up the mobilization form/documents properly and share it to NVG management before batch initiation
∎ Pre assess the students before enrollment with proper documentation
∎ Ensure students attendant's 100% in the classroom
∎ Take initiative to control dropout
∎ Counselling & motivation to conversion

∎ Job Context:
∎ We are seeking proactive, dynamic, and motivated individuals to join our team as Mobilizers under the EMO Project. The primary responsibility of this role is to recruit eligible students in alignment with NVG guidelines and to ensure smooth coordination throughout the student mobilization and enrollment process. Mobilizers will play a key role in building awareness about the EMO program, engaging with potential candidates and their guardians, and supporting student retention through consistent follow-up, counseling, and motivation.The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work in the field, and a keen understanding of community engagement and youth development. This role is vital to ensuring the success of each training batch by recruiting quality participants and minimizing dropout rates through effective support and motivation strategies
