Experience:

• Age 22 to 40 years

Solar PV system installation, operation & maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, renewable energy management, and community coordination for sustainable energy solutions

Ability to speak in Cox’s Bazar local language

Team management

Ability to work under limited supervision

Assist in the installation, wiring, and connection of solar PV systems, batteries, inverters, and distribution lines.

Conduct regular inspection, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of electrical and solar systems.

Support O&M (Operation & Maintenance) Committees and User Groups in maintaining proper system functionality.

Record daily maintenance and service logs; report any faults or irregularities to the OSS Supervisor or Renewable Energy Expert.

Ensure safety standards during electrical work and maintain all tools and equipment properly.

Replace damaged lights, fuses, breakers, and system components as per instruction on FDMN HH.

Support awareness activities on energy conservation and load management for beneficiaries.

Assist in emergency repair works during system breakdown or power interruptions.

Coordination with CMO regular basis for O&M work.
