• Strong expertise in LT/HT panels, transformer operations, and backup power infrastructure.

• Proficiency in creating and interpreting electrical Single Line Diagrams.

• Experience in electrical safety auditing, hazard identification, and risk mitigation.

• Skill in operating diagnostic tools for earthing and insulation testing.Competence in load calculation and protective device coordination.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee electrical operations, maintenance, and new installations at all toll plazas across Bangladesh.

• Conduct regular inspection and evaluation of electrical systems including substations, transformers, generators, LT/HT panels, UPS, lighting systems, toll equipment, and backup power systems.

• Perform electrical safety audits, identify hazards, and carry out risk assessments to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

• Implement, monitor, and ensure timely closure of Corrective Action Plans (CAP) for electrical issues.

• Prepare, update, and maintain Single Line Diagrams (SLD), layout drawings, and other electrical documentation for all toll plazas.

• Verify load calculations, protection systems (Circuit Breakers, Relays, etc.), and overall system capacity.

• Conduct necessary electrical tests including earthing resistance, insulation resistance, thermography, and other diagnostic tests.

• Ensure electrical fire safety measures, emergency preparedness, and proper functioning of backup power systems.

• Coordinate with internal audit/inspection teams and external authorities, providing necessary documentation and technical support.

• Supervise fresh electrical installations and upgrades at new/existing toll plazas.

• Monitor and optimize energy consumption and power reliability at toll plazas.
