∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make sure daily routine as well as preventive electrical maintenance work.
∎ Should have the capacity to successfully lead; run, coordinate the electrical maintenance team.
∎ Must be an expert in electrical load calculation; single line diagram & circuit diagram (AUTOCAD).
∎ Audits and documentations must be effectively handled including follow up and routine update with customers
∎ Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to Machineries faults.
∎ Always have a ready alternative for all electrical problems / emergencies.
∎ Follow-up & guide electrician to accomplish electrical safety issues.
∎ Performs other related maintenance and administrative work as required to higher management.
∎ Plan & organize training session to upgrade mechanic skill.
∎ Diagnose Machineries breakdown problems.
∎ Have to be technical problem solving knowledge for sewing, cutting and other garments produced Machineries.
∎ Supervising electrical team.
∎ Monitor and control maintenance costs.
∎ Good Connection with M/C suppliers, venders.
∎ Used to maintain fire detection, Protection, Separation LPS, SLD, Thermo graphic scanning, Earth fit test, CCTV etc.
∎ To follow organizational protocol for all procurement; requisition; purchase; store and documentation.
∎ Hands on knowledge on Electrical side of Garment Machinery; Boilers; Diesel Generators; total factory electrical including AVR; Sub-station; LT-Switch Gear; PFI; Compressor; Fusing Machines; Fire Control Panel including fire pump and addressable fire alarms.
∎ Should have knowledge RSC/Alliance or any Safety Audit.
