Background
The GESI Project, implemented by RDRS Bangladesh in collaboration with Kathmandu University, School of Arts, Nepal, aims to create school environments where children are taught and experience principles of gender equality and social inclusion. This initiative emphasizes empowering children by focusing on their valued capabilities and aspirations to influence GESI policies and practices in schools within host communities in Cox’s Bazar.
Objective of the Role:
To enhance the integration of gender equality and social inclusion (GESI) principles in educational settings by analyzing curricula, conducting field assessments, developing strategies, and providing capacity-building support to educators and administrators. The role aims to foster inclusive and equitable learning environments that empower students and contribute to sustainable policy and practice improvements in schools within host communities in Cox’s Bazar.
