- Exhibit a professional, enthusiastic, and dedicated approach to work at all times.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Engage in student recruitment for study destinations including Australia, New Zealand, the UK, USA and Canada.
- Handle incoming phone calls and provide accurate and comprehensive information regarding applications and admission procedures.
- Build and maintain strong communication and relationships with clients both over the phone and in person.
- Respond promptly and professionally to queries via phone, email, and online/offline channels.
- Demonstrate excellent command of English and strong proficiency in computer and internet use.
- Conduct detailed consultations with students and parents on study abroad options, universities, and available courses.
- Maintain accurate student records and follow-ups, ensuring counseling targets are achieved.
