Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree or equivalent in any discipline. At least 01 year of experience in the Rohingya camp context or in relevant field.
Job Context:
∎ Social Assistance and Rehabilitation for the Physically Vulnerable (SARPV) is a non- government, non-profit, Bangladeshi organization providing lifesaving nutrition support to the FDMN Rohingya people of Cox`s Bazar under its integrated nutrition programme. As part of Nutrition interventions in support with WFP & UNICEF, SARPV is working for the treatment and prevention of malnutrition among under 5 children, adolescent, pregnant & lactating women in Rohingya community.
∎ Job Location: Kutupalong, Cox`s Bazar.
∎ Employment Status: Contractual, until 30th April 2023 (Contract is expected to be extended).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support to roll out integrated ECCD activities at the center and facility level
∎ Provide capacity-building pedagogy supports to the mothers/caregivers of the children
∎ Assess capacity building of targeted mothers/caregivers of the children
∎ Enable a friendly collaborative working culture within the team, actively sharing information and knowledge to enable the team to ensure effective learning and sharing across the team
∎ Organize the age-specific toys in the ECCD corners for children of different ages
∎ To look after the children in the ECCD corner and ensure that the children are playing with the specific toys
∎ Deliver ECCD-related messages to the mothers/caregivers of the children
∎ Raising awareness of ECCD to community stakeholders
∎ Participate in the team meeting at the facility regularly
∎ Work with field teams to collect information on potential case studies and success stories
∎ Support and prepare required weekly and monthly program reports.
∎ Be aware of, understand, and comply with the policies of SARPV (Finance, logistics, HR, CFM, etc.).
∎ Other duties as directed.
∎ Others:
∎ Any other relevant assignment given by the Line Manager/Supervisor
Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
