Job Responsibilities:
∎ ECD Specialist will be working in close collaboration with other colleagues of Technical Team and also Partner Organizations.
∎ He/She needs to works in partnership with MoPME, MoWCA, DPE, NCTB, BSA, different national and international NGOs, Networks, and forums related to networking and advocacy issues.
∎ This role represents ECD and others Education programme of Plan International Bangladesh in local level through attending seminar, workshop, coordination meeting etc.
∎ In addition to that needs to works as PO point person of 'Gender Transformative Early Childhood Development (GT-ECD) Project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 4-6 (four to six) years work experience at senior level having expertized on ECD focusing Gender & Inclusion, early grades of primary education will add value.
∎ We need a dynamic & vibrant individual who brings momentous experience for developing implementation standard, monitoring and supervision mechanism, advocacy and networking of ECD issues of Plan International Bangladesh to achieve its CSP objectives.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 85000 - 96000 (Monthly)
∎ Cost to the company, based on experience
