We are looking for a dedicated 𝐄-𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 to lead and coordinate marketplace management projects, ensuring that our clients’ stores perform efficiently and profitably.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

The 𝐄-𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 will oversee the end-to-end management of e-commerce projects across multiple online marketplaces. This includes planning, coordinating, analyzing performance, and implementing growth strategies to drive business success. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing e-commerce operations and a strong understanding of Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, eBay, Etsy, and other platforms.

𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐬:

⦿ Full Time (Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 8 PM)

⦿ Weekly 2 Holiday (Saturday & Sunday)

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

⦿ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

⦿ Minimum CGPA – 3.5 in Bachelor’s degree

𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

⦿ 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce project management or marketplace operations (Freshers with strong skills may also apply)

⦿ Solid understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, Wayfair Partner, eBay Seller Hub, and Etsy Shop Manager

⦿ Experience managing product listings, flat files, inventory updates, order fulfillment, and performance optimization

⦿ Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail

⦿ Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp)

⦿ Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)

⦿ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

⦿ Leadership qualities with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams

⦿ Problem-solving mindset with a data-driven approach

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

⦿ Oversee daily e-commerce operations and ensure smooth workflow across projects.

⦿ Manage and track multiple client accounts on Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, eBay, Etsy, and other marketplaces.

⦿ Monitor product listings, pricing, reviews, and buy box performance.

⦿ Coordinate with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure listings meet platform guidelines.

⦿ Analyze performance metrics to identify sales trends and areas for improvement.

⦿ Implement optimization strategies for listings, advertising campaigns, and product visibility.

⦿ Handle inventory management, order processing, and issue resolution with marketplace support.

⦿ Develop detailed project timelines, assign tasks, and monitor deliverables.

⦿ Prepare reports and performance updates for internal review and client meetings.

⦿ Stay updated on marketplace policies, trends, and competitor activities.

⦿ Maintain strong communication with clients, providing strategic recommendations to drive growth.
