Job Responsibilities:
∎ *Enlist potential new vendor in E-commerce platform and also nursing the existing vendor.
∎ *Create Social Media content and relevant blogs for business with required promotion.
∎ *Assisting customers with queries and providing solutions quickly.
∎ *Encourage customers to buy the products.
∎ *Receive phone calls & Complaints through Customers and respond and keep track of all Complaints, maintain records and database.
∎ *Have a good knowledge on Google Ad words, hashtags, and blogs.
∎ *Maintain FB page and regularly check email and take orders from that [comments, messages, and email reply].
∎ *Also maintain other social media pages like LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and Youtube.
∎ Provide service to the customer and gives precise information & solution to the customer.
∎ *Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
∎ *Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions to required complaints.
∎ *Manage and update customer databases with the status of each customer.
∎ *Report to management daily, Weekly & monthly update situation.
∎ *Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken against complaints.
∎ *Must have excellent computer operating skills, particularly in MS office.
∎ To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management time to time.
