Job Responsibilities:
∎ You must handle each & every client with care and honesty.
∎ Taking order from Facebook page
∎ Contact customers by telephone to solicit sales for products & services.
∎ Explain products and prices, and answer questions from customers.
∎ Should have the excellent convincing skill and excellent sales skill.
∎ Should have self-supervision skill and performance management skill.
∎ Customer privilege card and create gift card number and add in POS and website.
∎ Payment gateway check and update in excel file.
∎ Handling returns, exchanges, and other customer service issues related to online purchases.
∎ Arrange market development programs to boost relations and sales.
∎ Develop sales plans and budgets to achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 26 years
