Experience Requirements:

Minimum 8–10 years of practical experience in knit dyeing, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial position.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of knit fabric dyeing, shade matching, chemicals, and machine operations.

• Good leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting.

Job Location: 

Chandra, Kaliakoir, Gazipur-Bangladesh 

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and monitor the entire dyeing process to ensure production targets and quality standards are met.

• Manage day-to-day dyeing operations including shade matching, recipe selection, and process control.

• Coordinate with the R&D, production, and quality control teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.

• Ensure proper utilization of dyes, chemicals, machines, and manpower to minimize wastage and maximize efficiency.

• Troubleshoot technical issues in the dyeing process and provide effective solutions.

• Maintain proper documentation of dyeing processes, production reports, and quality records.

• Train, guide, and monitor the dyeing team to improve skills and productivity.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.
