Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in Chemical Engineering / Dyes & Chemical Engineering / Textile Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Give advice to entire dyeing section with existing rules and regulations of company.
∎ Develop and execute the company's dyeing business strategies in order to attain the goals of the management board and all EU buyer requirements.
∎ Responsible for the dyeing project(s) to meet the project objectives within budget, set time frame, quality, and standards.
∎ Effective production management and planning to minimize the cost of dyeing activities.
∎ Responsible for Costing, planning, R & D, execution and production.
∎ Analyses and interprets ideas into a logical strategy for implement company polarize, standard changes in operation and system that optimize the productivity and bottom line.

∎ Age at least 45 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Dyeing, Processing, printing, Washing, Denim Washing, Chemical industry.
∎ Leadership Quality with positive attitude & having ability to take decision independently.
∎ Organizing & Managing ability with problem solving & analytical skills.
∎ Strong communication abilities, in Bengali or English, both oral and written.
∎ Must be strategic, have a great sense of organization and capable of driving change.
∎ Foreign candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
