  • 7–10 years of relevant experience in sales of sanitaryware, building materials, tiles, or interior/lifestyle products.

  • Experience in collaboration with Architects & Builder company.

  • Previous experience with premium/global brands/sanitary ware products will be a strong plus.

  • Strong business acumen and leadership skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

  • Proven ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities.

  • Target-driven with strong planning and organizational skills.

  • Willingness to travel frequently within Dhaka.

Job Summary

The Deputy Manager / Manager – Sales will be responsible for driving sales growth of Kohler sanitaryware products across both retail and corporate channels. The role involves strategic sales planning, dealer and corporate client management, team supervision, and achieving sales targets through proactive engagement and relationship building.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Provide a premium-level experience for customers visiting the showroom by understanding their needs and recommending tailored product solutions.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Kohler’s full product line, including plumbing, fixtures, and accessories
  • Identify potential customers and build long-term relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and corporate buyers.
  • Negotiate pricing, discounts, and sales terms with clients while maintaining brand value and profitability.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to shape sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless order execution and delivery.
  • Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and business development updates to management.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to enhance visibility and engagement.
