Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Masters in any discipline from a reputed University;
∎ B.Sc. in Textile/ Garment Engineering are preferrable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up, all the complete garments are perfectly input in finishing room from the sewing section;
∎ Checking all the garment threads are trimmed properly;
∎ Ensure that, the measurements are okay;
∎ To reduce the garment damage by over heat, controlling heat of the iron;
∎ After ironing if any defects are seen, then he passes that garment for immediate cleaning;
∎ Ensure that the finishing tables are clean or not;
∎ Check out the defects and rejects on garment;
∎ Find out the cause of garment defects;
∎ Examine the defects and takes special care about oil marks, stain marks, burns, cracks, and pits etc.;
∎ Examine the garment, if seam puckering is develops after washing or ironing;
∎ Record the inspection data and submit it;
∎ Ensures that all the goods are folded as per standard practice or as per buyer instruction;
∎ Before poly packing he must inspect goods;
∎ Ensuring the dusts are removed and the hang tags are properly set on garment;
∎ Must follow the buyer’s specified assortments;
∎ Finishing inspector ensures that packed garment are matches with the approved finished garments;
∎ Ensure the measurements of cartons, quality of packaging, side marks of cartons, destination etc.;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Independent, proactive;
∎ Good negotiation skill;
∎ Strong interpersonal and leadership skills within the team;
∎ Excellent communication both written & speaking in English;
∎ Well conversant in MS Office.
