Proficiency in Google Sheets for data entry, analysis, and reporting

Organic Agriculture Limited is looking for an experienced and responsible Veterinary Doctor to manage and improve the health of a large-scale cattle farm with over 300+ cattle. This role requires hands-on farm experience, strong problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work under pressure while ensuring animal health, productivity, and welfare.
Plan, organize, and supervise daily farm operations to meet production targets

• Monitor and maintain proper farm environment including temperature, humidity, ventilation, lighting, water, and feed supply

• Diagnose, prevent, and treat cattle diseases effectively

• Develop and implement nutrition and health improvement programs

• Maintain accurate records of animal health, treatments, and disease outbreaks

• Prepare regular health reports for project managers and senior management

• Ensure proper waste management and environmental control within farm premises

• Train, supervise, and motivate farm workers

• Build a culture of safety, discipline, and continuous improvement

• Lead end-of-cycle activities, including shed cleaning, disinfection, and preparation for new intake, ensuring effectiveness through lab testing
