Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly SIM & GA (General Acquisition) targets set by Banglalink RYZE Program.
Ensure minimum 10 GA & 20 SIM retail placement per day as per program guidelines.
Perform regular market visits, maintain relationships with retailers, and expand point-of-sales.
Ensure minimum 20 days attendance and maintain activity logs properly.
Conduct minimum 10 outlet check-ins per day to be eligible for Daily Allowance (DA).
Promote RYZE SIM usage benefits to retailers and customers through professional communication.
Increase SIM availability and visibility in assigned markets.
Maintain sales discipline, proper reporting, and follow company policies.
Must use RYZE SIM for official communication purposes.
Work closely with supervisors to improve sales performance and achieve monthly projections.
