Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue and expenses control, meeting agreed target.
∎ Developing sales plan to achieve or exceed the annual sales objectives for the assigned territory.
∎ Conducting regular market visit to check route coverage, competitor activities and searching for new opportunities.
∎ Advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
∎ Developing and maintaining an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of products across the territory.
∎ Establishing a system of reports and communication, keeping sales report, analyze the market potentiality and monitoring the performance of the sales team.
∎ Identifying & exploring new business opportunities in the assigned territory; maintain and expand customer base.
∎ Creating market demand of all products as key products.
∎ Meeting with potential customers and exchanging ideas to obtain feedback on the movement of products and business as well.
∎ Monitoring after sales service activities and solving the customer quires.
∎ Arranging sales meeting periodically.
∎ Counseling with dealers, distributors and subordinates.
∎ Monitoring & controlling subordinate Sr. Executive /Executive /Jr. Executive/Officer & others.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Excellent oral and written communications, Good at MS Office specially in Excel, Microsoft Excel, Strong communication skills.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 40000 (Monthly)
