Experience:

• 1 to 3 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• B.Sc/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architectural from a recognized university.

• Requirements:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting and layout preparation is a must).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in building assessment, supervision, or design.
• Ability to work independently and perform field inspections.
• Additional Skills (Preferred):
• Familiarity with MS Excel and Sketch Up & 3ds Max will be an added advantage.

• Prepare detailed Structural, Architectural, and Plumbing design drawings using AutoCAD based on engineering inputs and design data.
• Coordinate with designer and project teams to ensure assessment accuracy and clarity.
• Conduct site visits to collect building and structural information (measurements, materials, layouts, etc.).
• Draft and modify AutoCAD drawings (architectural and structural) as per site conditions.
• Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and summaries for submission.
• Maintain proper documentation of field data, photographs, and observations.
• Support the cost estimation team by preparing quantity take-offs, material lists, and drawing-based BOQs.
• Regularly communicate and coordinate with vendors and testing teams to ensure timely data collection and documentation.
