Responsibilities & Context:
- Manage large number Inbound and outbound calls.
- Follow communication "Script" while handling different topics.
- Receiving customers' enquirers, selling services / products over telephone as per the instruction provided.
- Perform every call actively to solve the client's problem and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
- Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Provide day-to-day report.
