Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients

  2. Maintain strong relationships with leads and customers

  3. Organize and update customer data (CRM/database)

  4. Track client interactions and follow-up schedules

  5. Plan daily, weekly, and monthly communication strategies

  6. Convert leads into enrolled students (sales support role)

  7. Prepare and submit regular performance reports

  8. Handle client queries professionally and efficiently
