China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd. (Bangladesh Branch) is seeking a highly experienced and qualified professional for the role of Document Control Manager for its upcoming infrastructure projects in Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the documentation is current, accurate and accessible to relevant stakeholders;
Develop and maintain document control processes across the full document lifecycle;
Ensure proper filing, version control and distribution of all documents;
Maintain logs for incoming and outgoing documents;
Operate PMWeb or similar systems for tracking and reporting;
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding documentation compliance;
Monitor submission schedules and follow up as needed;
Archive and retrieve documents in accordance with company policies;
Ensure the documentation meets quality and audit standards.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or a related field;
Minimum 10 years of proven experience in document control in construction projects;
Experience in at least one large construction project (port/terminal/marine structure) within the last 8 years;
Hands-on experience with PMWeb or similar document/project management software;
Strong knowledge of document control systems and procedures;
Proficiency in MS Office.
