Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Footwear Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Leather Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Leather Product Engineering
∎ B.Sc in Footwear Engineering/ Leather Engineering/ Leather Product Engineering.
∎ or, Minimum graduation in any discipline with required experience and knowledge in footwear industry may be considered.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 9 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop production planning and scheduling for on-time delivery as well as implementation of IE activities in all departments/units and closely monitoring/ follow up all technical area of footwear factory.
∎ Closely follow-up trial plan with all departments/units with proper production planning.
∎ Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly & yearly basis production report & production schedule as per shipment plan.
∎ Prepare and analysis weekly, monthly & yearly production capacity vs achievement with costing.
∎ Prepare production advice with consumption and control raw materials wastage.
∎ Monitoring of all supply chain activities.
∎ Capacity study of line for setting standards targets and line balancing & monitor the productivity Vs efficiency report with IE.
∎ Prepare monthly inventory reports such as production inventory, raw materials, finish goods, etc.
∎ Identify malfunctioned equipment, shortage of material and other problems with solution.
∎ Prepare various reports.
∎ Any other assignment related to planning and store given by the superior / management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy is a must. Good knowledge in Ms Word, Ms Excel, PowerPoint, email,etc.
∎ Honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Good communication skill.
