Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and verify the stock and cash handover process at each plaza during Plaza In-Charge transitions. Ensure proper settlement of financial and non-financial dues, and confirm system entry of all transactions.
∎ Identify the responsible personnel in case of discrepancies and oversee issue resolution by ensuring proper documentation and communication with Reporting Seniors as per company policy.
∎ Monitor daily inventory and cash reconciliation reports from all plazas. Ensure any mismatches are immediately reported and resolved through system entries and documented communication.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate cash deposits across all plazas. In case of deposit delays, verify actions taken by the Plaza In-Charge and confirm that the Accounts and Administration teams are notified with documented updates.
∎ Audit price tagging on displayed products during field visits. Ensure all products are properly labeled, and direct corrective measures for any discrepancies found.
∎ Guide Plaza In-Charges with wholesale growth strategies and monitor implementation progress regularly.
∎ Supervise overall performance in retail and wholesale operations. Identify district-level challenges and provide necessary strategic solutions.
∎ Train and support plaza staff in customer engagement and sales techniques to convert potential customers into confirmed buyers.
∎ Stay updated on sales activities (cash, wholesale, consignment) and alert plaza managers of irregularities. Ensure all issues are resolved promptly and appropriately documented.
∎ Ensure that all plazas are properly issuing and maintaining customer transaction documents, including invoices, receipts, and sales agreements.
∎ Audit and monitor authenticity of customer documents and prevent acceptance of fraudulent or outdated papers in any sales process.
