Experience:

  • At least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Supervise and monitor sales activities across all showrooms/plazas in the division.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Implement company sales policies, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies at the showroom level.
  • Conduct regular visits to showrooms for performance evaluation, staff motivation, and support.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and ensure optimal product availability in showrooms.
  • Train, guide, and evaluate showroom sales teams to ensure high performance.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for local promotions and branding initiatives.
  • Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer behavior and report to senior management.
  • Maintain relationships with key clients and ensure a superior in-store customer experience.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports to the Head of Sales and Management regarding sales trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, showroom discipline, and operational standards.
