Experience:
- At least 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in consumer electronics or retail showroom / plaza management
- At least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role
Responsibilities & Context: - Supervise and monitor sales activities across all showrooms/plazas in the division.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Implement company sales policies, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies at the showroom level.
- Conduct regular visits to showrooms for performance evaluation, staff motivation, and support.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and ensure optimal product availability in showrooms.
- Train, guide, and evaluate showroom sales teams to ensure high performance.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for local promotions and branding initiatives.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer behavior and report to senior management.
- Maintain relationships with key clients and ensure a superior in-store customer experience.
- Provide weekly/monthly reports to the Head of Sales and Management regarding sales trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, showroom discipline, and operational standards.
