∎ Masters (in any discipline) from any recognized university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and implement sales forecasts & strategies, establish sales targets (area/category/brand/SKU wise) and achieve primary and secondary sales (dealer & subordinate wise at assign area/territory, monthly, weekly & daily) through directing company and dealer's sales force
∎ Appoint and manage distributors, capacity building and retail/wholesale management while ensuring reasonable ROI
∎ Prepare collection forecast & ensure achievement accordingly
∎ Train Sales Team to develop retail availability in depth and width and visibility through proper merchandising over competitors
∎ Plan and Execute BTL and Trade campaigns
∎ On time recruitment and performance monitoring of sales representatives and supervisors
∎ Identify market potentials and ensure coverage by product and competition
∎ Proper relation and communication with supervisors, subordinates, concerned departments and channel partners
∎ Ensure smooth update and usage of MIS system, on time submission of reports, as required and asked by Management
∎ Support Senior Management on building Company Plan and Strategy
∎ Report to NSM
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 year(s) of experience with 2-3 years in same position in a FMCG company, especially in Food and Beverage Sales and Distribution
∎ Excellent leadership, team building and communication skills
∎ Problem analysis and solving capability with adept negotiation skills
∎ Sound in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) application, Internet and e-mail correspondence
∎ Self-motivated, Proactive and result oriented
∎ Ability to work under stress and pressure & attitude to work anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ Must be a Team Player
∎ Ability to ride motorbike having valid driving license & willing to travel extensively
