∎ Age 30 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Take appropriate steps to ensure monthly sales target and collection.
∎ Visit all Walton Electric Solutions under DSM at least once a week. Before the visit, verify whether the stock, petty cash account, bill discount, and expense account are as per the policy. The verification report will be sent to the Head of Sales through NSM.
∎ Inspect dealers and projects. Confirm the balance in the party file kept with the party during the dealer inspection and sign it.
∎ Verify whether there are unauthorized dues, and if found, recommend necessary action against the concerned officer.
∎ Constantly monitor the activities of dealers and maintain good relations to increase sales.
∎ Supervise CC cameras on security-related issues.
∎ Ensure supervision of the steps taken by the Head of Sales to increase the collection of parties outside the credit policy and increase business.
∎ Provide instructions and monitor the daily activities of managers and sales executives.
∎ Performing other duties as directed by the Head of Department.
