Job Context:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Animal Feed, Feed Marketing, Feed Sales, FMCG or Food Industry.
∎ To ensure Company Growth in terms of Feed Marketing, Sales & Customer Services as well as business profitability.
∎ Supervise the field, monitoring Sales & collection, and ensure maximum turnover against Sales & Collection.
∎ Applicants must have the capability to control and maintain minimum 10 marketing officer.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Identify potential customers, build and maintain strong relationships with them, and explore opportunities for business growth.
∎ To build up relationships with farmers & to give them necessary information regarding products, performance (e.g., FCR, cost benefit analysis, advantages & other benefits) of product & attract them in business.
∎ To ensure direct interaction with customers to keep updated about the customer demands/ requirements.
∎ To Maintain Relationship & Follow-up with prospective & current Clients.
∎ To Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales target.
∎ To Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly market report on sales and distribution.
∎ To Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve company sales target with proper planning and execution of corporate objectives for products and services.
∎ To Analyze the present market to create a new market for Poultry, Fish & Cattle Feed sales and Visit different areas (Poultry, Fish & Cattle Feed markets) frequently to promote and generate sales to achieve sales targets every time as estimated by the Company.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Feed experience candidate will get advantage.
∎ Fluent in Bangla and English.
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 60000 (Monthly)
