Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop & implement effective sales strategies.
∎ Lead sales team members to achieve sales target.
∎ Negotiate and settle agreements with Depot / Dealer.
∎ Train field force for optimum output.
∎ Assist GM to prepare and execute monthly and annual sales plans.
∎ Validate and authorize the potential new market and depot / Dealer.
∎ Provide on-time effective solutions for the field sales force.
∎ Analyze regional marketing trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
