∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop & implement effective sales strategies.
∎ Lead sales team members to achieve sales target.
∎ Negotiate and settle agreements with Depot / Dealer.
∎ Train field force for optimum output.
∎ Assist DSM to prepare and execute monthly and annual sales plans.
∎ Validate and authorize the potential new market and depot / Dealer.
∎ Provide on-time effective solutions for the field sales force.
∎ Analyze marketing trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
∎ Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions
∎ Discover sales opportunities through consumer research
∎ Present products and services to prospective customers
∎ Participate in industry or promotional events to cultivate customer relationships
∎ Monitor competition within assigned Area
∎ Prepare and submit reports to the DSM
