∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing (MBA preferred).

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8-10 years of FMCG sales experience, with 3-5 years in managerial roles.
∎ Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
∎ Willingness to travel extensively within assigned divisions.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and drive sales operations for 1-2 divisions, ensuring target achievement.
∎ Lead a team of 8 Area Sales Executives (ASEs) and 150 Sales Representatives (SRs).
∎ Develop and execute divisional sales strategies to maximize market growth.
∎ Oversee distributor and retailer relationships, trade promotions, and market development.
∎ Provide regular sales reports and insights to NSM.
