Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Proven track record in managing and leading a results-oriented sales team.

Candidates with experience in Tanks, Pipes, Doors, Sinks, or Polymer Industry will be considered for shortlisting.
Identify new market opportunities and ensure effective sales and marketing development.
Plan, organize, direct, and control the sales team to achieve organizational objectives.
Develop and implement business strategies to improve current business performance.
Forecast market needs and ensure achievement of sales targets through target-based marketing management.
Lead and monitor all sales and service channels; ensure regular market visits as per the yearly plan.
Drive the divisional business plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly acquisition and revenue targets.
Provide strong leadership and guide team members to achieve company goals.
Formulate sales/marketing plans and set targets.
Prepare detailed professional business plans within the approved budget and develop divisional sales strategies.
Expand into new market areas; analyze sales challenges and provide recommendations to increase sales volume.
Supervise and manage a large sales team effectively.
Forecast sales and collection and plan accordingly to meet assigned targets.
Continuously monitor competitor activities and performance.
Manage product branding, promotional planning, budgeting, and execution.
Any other relevant task required by management.
